As the owner of Breathe. Somatic Therapies in Mill Valley, CA, I am deeply committed to somatic based healing modalities and practices. My offerings are informed by many years as a student of yoga and vipassana meditation. Both of these Eastern traditions have been woven together with my study of Western psychology and bodywork to develop a uniquely integrated and embodied understanding of the human condition. From this diverse toolbox of healing modalities and a compassionate heart, I bring a wealth of experience working with various forms of wounding and difficulties.

As a licensed Somatic Psychotherapist, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, and Yoga Teacher, I work experientially with individuals, adolescents, and small groups to help awaken insight into how we suffer and how we find freedom from suffering. I have also developed Breathe. Stress Management Programs, where I offer practical mind/body stress solutions to individuals, businesses, and schools.

As a writer, I have published articles in magazines such as Yoga Magazine and Common Ground. My book, BREATHE. Poetry for the Heart and Mind, is now available at www.amazon.com and www.lulu.com. I also enjoy using social media such as Twitter and Facebook to offer practical tips and practices for wise living.
