The breath is the central thread in yoga that tethers our attention to an embodied presence. Both beginning and experienced yogis will gain an experiential understanding of the multi-faceted breath and learn how to integrate foundational pranayama practices into a personal practice. Jonathan will draw from his experience as a somatic psychotherapist to provide therapeutic breath practices to work with mood, energy level, and emotion.
